Streetside Wall Install

So now we find out if the streetside wall build that we did on the curbside has a prayer of fitting the streetside.  First things first the aluminum siding had to be removed as did the windows and vent covers.

I noticed this odd orange color when we were removing the skin.  Do you think the accent could have been a form of orange or maybe a brown that faded funny?

Here a few photos of the inside both the streetside (scary) and the curbside where the streetside wall is still attached.

These are photos of the framing once the aluminum came off

Next step is always the shocker.  Although I've been through this process four times now I always gasp when the wall is completely gone.

Now that that rotten mess is gone it's time to put the newly fabricated wall in place.  It is held on the curbside with long staples and with a quick pry around the edges it pops right off.

It goes in without problem.
Now the interior is starting to look less rotten and much more new and campable.

Back into her rain coat she goes!

If I haven't said it recently...thank you neighbors for not throwing us out.  We are really close now.
